Petition of Peter H. Greene and others for a new County, read and and referred to the Committee on Division and alteration of Counties. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr Pierce, the Senate reconsider the vote whereby the Bill entitled an "Act in addition to an Act regulating Judicial process and proceedings" returned by the Governor with his objections, was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary; and ordered that said Bill be referred to a Select Committee of the Senate consisting of Messrs Emmons, Pierce & Groton.

Mr Pease from the Committee on Division of Towns reported leave to withdraw on petition of David Bartlette and others, - " - of E. H. Dodge and others, - " - of A. Richardson and others for division of Mt. Desert; read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
