On motion of Mr Ingalls, Ordered, that a message be sent to the House of Representatives, proposing a Convention of both Branches of the Legislature in the Representatives Chamber, at eleven o'clock this forenoon for the purpose of electing a Treasurer of State in place of Abner B.
