Bill for the encouragement of Manufactures and agriculture was taken up, and four hundred copies of said Bill were ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
Resolve in favour of William W. Quimby came up from the House recommitted to the committee on Military pensions. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed, and concur the House in said recommitment.
