Report on petition of James Crosby & others, granting leave to withdraw, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Bill - An Act to regulate the sale of Oats, came from the Senate that body nonconcurring the House in their amendments on the 14th inst. The House recede from said amendments & pass the Bill to lie engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
