Ordered, that a committee be appointed to wait on the several ministers of the Gospel, who statedly officiate in the village of Augusta and Hallowell and respectfully request them to officiate as Chaplains to this House on each day of its current session - and Messrs. Scammon of Pittston, Hobbs of Waterboro & Hutchings of Atkinson were appointed on said Committee.
