A message was recieved from the Senate by their Secretary proposing a convention of both Houses in the Representatives Hall tomorrow morning at eleven o clock for the purpose of coming o the choice of seven councillors to advise the Governor in the executive department of the government the current political year, and also a secretary of state and the house concurred and the clerk acqainted the Senate therewith.
