Bill - An Act in relation to Inholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers, came from the Senate passage refused. The House insist upon their former votes, propose a conference - and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Jarvis of Ellsworth Washburne of Livermore and Holmes of Alfred.
