The committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill - An Act to provide for the expenditures of government for the year 1835 - which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as truly engrossed - Bill - An Act in addition to an act herein after named - which was passed to be enacted - The question was taken an a motion made for the indefinite postponement of this Bill by Mr Doyle of Hodgdon by yeas & nays as follows yeas 29 nays 86 [see appending page 493]. Sent up for the concurrence of the Senate in passing this Bill to be enacted.
