Mr Bradbury has leave of absence from and after tomorrow, during the remainder of the Session.

The further consideration of the Bill to incorporate the Kennebec Dam Company was resumed, sundry amendments adopted, and the question of passing said Bill to be engrossed was decided in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follows, to wit; Yeas. Bill additional providing for the appointment of the Clerks of the Courts in the several Counties and requiring them to render an account of all moneys received, (reported by Mr Farnsworth from the Joint Select Committee to which said Bill had been committed, was read once and ordered to lie on the table.
