Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so amending the Act entitled "An Act respecting the attachment of property on ___(??) process & directing the issuing, extending and serving of Executions, that all Executions issuing from the Supreme Judicial Court be made returnable at the end of three months unless said Court shall sit in the County where said Executions may be issued within that time, and in that case be made returnable to the next Court. Sent up for concurrence.
