Report on Petition of Mary Barbarie the Committee asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject and that the same may be committed to the Joint Select Committee who have under consideration the subject of Revolutionary Claims in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate Sent up
Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so altering the law as that the defendant in any suit on which Wood or Timber Lands may have been attached may be prevented from making strip and Waste on such attached Wood or Timber land pending the suit - Read and passed - sent up for concurrence.
