Resolve in favor of the town of Liberty, came from the Senate recommitted for concurrence, and the House concurred.
The House resumed the consideration of the Bill entitled "An Act regulating attachments on real estate" and on motion of Mr. Jewett of Portland the same as amended, was ordered to be laid on the table & 300 copies printed for the use of the members.
