Mr Prescott, from the Committee on Claims reported leave to withdraw on petition of William K Weston, inhabitants of Bingham; and legislation inexpedient on Resolve in favor of Ichabod Bucknam - read and accepted.

Mr Chandler, from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred the petition of Joshua Bean reported that the petitioner have leave to withdraw his petition - read and accepted.
