Johnson, Staples and Weeks are joined in concurrence Mr. Greene, from the Committee on the Judiciary reported legislation inexpedient on an order relative to another term of the Supreme Judicial Court in Washington County read and accepted. Concurred The Committee on Interior Waters reported reference to next Legislature on petition of Samuel I ( ? ) Foster and others read and accepted, in concurrence The Senate, on motion of Mr. Merrow, so far dispense with the eighth rule as to reconsider the vote whereby they accepted the report on an order relative to enlarging the powers of Judges of Probate and recommit the same.
