General Orders Brigadier General Dearborn

President of a Board of Officers appointed by the General Order of February 8th 1792 to sit at Wiscasset the second of June next after date for the purpose of determining the Rank of the three Regiments in the Second Brigade Eighth Division; having Reported that the Board did not assemble as was required by the Order aforesaid; and it being highly necessary that the Rank of those Regiments should be settled - The Commander in Chief Orders that the following Officers constitute a Board to sit at Pownalborough for the purpose aforementioned, at such house as the President thereof shall order, on the fourth day of June next, Viz.

President

    Colonel Ezekiel Pattee, President of the 5th Regt 1 Brig. 8 Division

Members

   Colonel Henry Sewall, Dep. Adj. Gen. 8 Division
   Colonel Robert Page, 2d Reg. 1 Brig. 8 Division

In case either of the Members aforesaid shall be incapable of attending the Board, the Commanding Officer of the Division will appoint a field Officer in his room and he will notify all persons concerned to appear at the time and place appointed~ And the President will Report the proceedings as soon as may be~
