On motion by Mr Ames of Hermon Ordered That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of passing a law to impose a penalty on measurers of Wood & Bark for neglecting to give a certificate, or comply with and of the requirements of law - Sent up for concurrence.
