I James Doyle on oath say and declare that I have no real nor personal estate nor any income whatever [clause inserted] my necessary bedding and wearing apparel excepted, except --
one yoak 2 year old steers one colt 2 years of age 2 cows 2 2 year old heifers 2 yearlings 15 Sheep 3 Swine I owe about sixty dollars I am a farmer but very infirm and unable to labor. my farmers tools and household furniture are worth but little. my wife is sickly -- I have [something stricken] no children living with me I further say that without the aid of my pension I am unable to support myself and family
