of his widow; and also what I purchased of Alexander Jellison; all of which lieth between Humphry's pond, so called, and the great works river, with the buildings, thereon; and also the one half of that lot I purchased of John Murray, being the northerly part thereof; and also one half of what I purchased out of Charles Libbey's Estate, and about four acres more or less, called bogg hole, and also one third part of my mills and mill priviledges, all in Berwick aforesaid, to him his heirs and assigns forever.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Edmund Haggens, all that my land on which I now dwell at Quamphegon so called, in Berwick aforesaid, lying on the East side of the main road, and having the new road go thro' the same, and extends to the highway by Quamphegon between Nathan Lord and Robert Furnace, with the building and appurtenances thereon, and also what Land I purchased Joseph and Benjamin Hamilton in Berwick, aforesaid, with the buildings thereon, and also one third part of my mills and mill priviledges in Berwick aforesaid, with the buildings thereon, and also one third part of my mills and mill priviledges in Berwick aforesaid, so the other half of what I purchased out of Charles Libby's Estate, one half thereof being given before to Daniel Hag- gens, all being in Berwick aforesaid, to him his heirs and assigns forever; I also give my said son Edmund my negro boy called Sandy.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my two daughters, viz. Sarah Hollon and Elizabeth Haggens, the southerly half of that lot of Land which I purchased of John Murray, and also that whole lot I purchased of Samuel Pray, and also what I purchased of Thomas Gubtail; all in Berwick aforesaid, to them heirs and assigns forever, in equal halves.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my two grandsons, the sons of my daughter Mary Wentworth dec'd. viz. Tilley Wentworth, one hundred Pounds and to Michael Wentworth seventy five Pounds, as they each come of twenty one years of age; and to their sister Joanna twenty five Pounds, when she comes of eighteen years of age; the whole to be paid by my three sons, in equal proportion, as above.
