[Message to Governor that all Public business has been passed upon] Ordered, that Messrs Foote & O Brien be a committee, with such as the House may join, to inform the Governor, that the Legislature have passed on all the public business before them-- and have agreed to adjourn to the second Wednesday of Jany next, then to meet at Portland agreeably to the Resolve of this Legislature-- and that the Committee enquire of the Governor, whether he has any further communications to make, at this time, to the Legislature. In Senate June 28th 1820 Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence Read and concurred and Messrs Emery of Portland, Sprague of Hallowell, and Burgin of Eastport are joined.

[Resolve-- correcting Pay Roll of House.] Resolve, adding two hundred and twenty five dollars to the pay Roll to correct a mistake made in adding up the same. Read and passed. Sent for concurrence.

[President of Senate resigned &c] Mr Gage came with a message to inform the House, that William Moody Esqr has resigned his office as President of the Senate, and that William D Williamson Esqr has been chosen in his stead to preside over that branch of the Legislature.
