The militia of the second Brigade will be assembled by battalions for review, inspection & discipline, at such con- venient places within the limits of their respective regiments, and at such times between the 24. of September and the 6. of October, next, as the commandants thereof shall direct; provided, those of the first and third regiments shall be as- sembled in September, and those of the second and fourth in October. The companies of cavalry and artillery will also parade at the time and place which may be appointed for the review of the nearest battalion of the regiment with which they are locally connected; and the commanding officers of these
