Ordered, that a message be sent to the House of Representatives, proposing a convention of the two Branches in the Representatives Hall tomorrow at eleven o'clock for the purpose of electing seven Counsellors to advice the Governor in his executive duties for the current political year, and also for the choice of Secretary of State, and request their concurrence. Which message was delivered by the Secretary.

The Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday, whereby they ordered one thousand copies of all the documents accompanying the Governor's Message, and Order that 1000 copies of said documents be printed, with the exception of the Adjutant Generals Report, in concurrence with the House.
