[?] of the doingd of a meeting of the Proprietors called the [?] Proprietor, (claiming and holding lands in the County of York Aug 6th. 1781 was communicated to the Proprietors which was read and the said Proprietors thereupon voted to adopt Similar Measures which are as follows -
