A motion was made that the House non-concur with with the Senate in appointing a committee upon that part of the Governors Message relating to the Circuit-Court of Common Pleas - after some desultory debate on the subject, on motion of Mr. Adams of Portland, Ordered that the further consideration of the same be posponed [postponed] to Monday next at 11 o'clock.
