Bill, to preserve and regulate the taking of the fish called Alewives at Neguasset Falls so called within the town of Woolwich +,+ for repealing an act entitled "an act to regulate + preserve the taking of the fish called Alewives at Neguasset Falls, so called within the town of Woolwich and all other acts for the regulation of said fish at said falls" was on motion amended by the addition of a Proviso[underlined] to the 13 Section, and then referred to Messrs Sprague Williams + Harnden, who immediately reported that the Bill ought to pass without further amendment. The Bill was then read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
