Resolved that during the present session of the Legislature all Bills passed to be engrossed and resolves passed in both Houses shall be engrossed or written in a round legible hand on Sheets of fine linen paper, leaving margins of sufficient width to render it convenient to bind the same into books or volumes and the Secretary of the State after the rising of the Legislatures shall cause the Statutes and Resolves to be bound into two separate Books, each having a list of the titles of the Acts and of the Resolves with reference to the page where each
