[Report - pay to Clerk for bringing up records &c] The committee to enquire and report how many days additional pay shall be allowed the Clerk of this House for making up the records and filing the papers after the adjournment of the Legislature — reported an order — report accepted

[Clerk allowed 10 days additional pay for making up records &c] Ordered that the Committee on the Pay Roll be instructed to make up ten additional days on the Pay Roll for the Clerk of the House of Representatives as full compensation for services in filing the papers and bringing up the records after the Legislature shall adjourn — read and passed.

[Resolve - confirming election of the Directors of Kennebunk Bank -] Mr Moody had leave granted him to lay on the table a Resolve "confirming the election of the Directors of the Kennebunk Bank" which was read & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Pay roll to be made up including 10th inst.] Ordered, that the committee on the pay roll be instructed to make up the pay of the several members, Clerk and assistant Clerk including the 10th isntant. - read & passed.

[Resolve - to pay Moses Davis] Mr Adams had leave granted him to lay upon the table a Resolve "granting compensation to Moses Davis for certain services" which on motion was referred to Messrs Burr of Litchfield, Adams of Portland and Crowell of Waterville.
