[Bill - salaries of certain offices] Bill "in addition to an act establishing the salaries of certain Officers" - read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed" in a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - State Tax -] The Bill "to apportion and assess on this State a tax of Forty thousand three hundred and forty three dollars and twenty seven cents" which passed this House this morning came from the Senate amended at A, B, C, D, E, F G & H for the concurrence of the House - and the House concurred.

[Resolve - new trial to John Wyllie] Resolve, "granting a New trial to John Wyllie" was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Rep on pet. of Wilton] The committee on petition of Inhabitants of Wilton that their records may be made valid - reported an order of notice. The report accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - right of road] The Bill "regulating the right of the road" came from the Senate in a new draft & referred to the next Legislature for the concurrence of the House - and the House concurred.

[Bill - Great Marsh on Pleasant River] The Bill "to incorporate the proprietors of the Great Marsh on Pleasant River," which passed this House 5th inst came from the Senate in a new draft, for the concurrence of the House - and the House concurred.
