[Rep. on Pet. of planta. No 2.] The committee on the petition of the inhabitants of plantation No 2 west of Concord — reported an order of Notice — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.
[Petition of Timo Osgood] An order of the Senate referring the petition of Timothy Osgood to be refunded the amount of duty paid by him as Register of Deeds, to Messrs Witham & Tuttle with such as the house may join, came down for concurrence — The House concurred and Messrs Clark of Limington, Leach of Raymond & Head of Waldoboro were joined.
[Bill - to annex part of Starks to Industry] Bill to annex that part of lot numbered 29 which lies in the Northwest corner of Starks to the town of Industry, was reported with an amendment which was adopted — the bill was then read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Major General 1st Division] Agreeably to assignment the House proceeded by ballot on their part to the election of a Major General to fill the vacancy in the 1st Division occasioned by the
