Bill "respecting Executors, Administrators and Guardians and the conveyance of Real Estate in certain cases" is called up and committed to Messrs Wheeler, Howard of Minot & Turner.

Bill "to apportion and assess a tax on this State of $50,000" came back from the Senate with certain amendments in which the House concur and pass the Bill to be engrossed with a further amendment at H. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolve - paying Commissioners under Act of Separation]

Resolve allowing compensation to the Commissioners under the Act of Seperation [Separation] to divide the public property held in common by Mass. & Maine. In Senate March 17th 1821. Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Read once and committed to Messrs Holland, Redington & Miller of St George.

Resolve providing for the making of certain roads through & authorizing the sale of Public Lands" came back from the Senate endorsed as follows - In Senate March 17 1821 The Senate noncur in postponing indefinitely this Resolve and adhere to their former vote. - The House adhere to their vote.
