Bill "respecting Wills and Testaments and regulating the descent of Intestate Estates" In Senate March 15th 1821 The Senate recede from their former vote so far as to relinquish their amendments at F and pass this Bill to be engrossed as further amended by striking out the proviso at H at the end of the 16th Section. Sent down for concurrence Read and concurred in the amendments proposed by the Senate.
