[Bill referred] The Bill regulating the right of road - Read again as taken into another new draft - and on motion Ordered that the further consideration thereof be referred to the next Legislature - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurrence.

[Bills] Bill for the relief of poor debtors came up from the House amended by striking out the twenty first section - and striking out passages in the fourth and eighth so as to conform with the striking out of the twenty first section - Read and the Senate insist on their former vote and non concur with the amendments of the House - Sent down.
