Porter Judge Advocate of the sixth division for the Pay roll of a Court Martial - and the account of Joseph Clark for militia services may be considered by the said committee - Sent down for concurrence -

[Report on petitions] Mr Bond from the Committee on New Trials made the following reports on petitions referred to them - to wit that Solomon Thayer give notice of his petition by causing an atttested copy and the order thereon to be published in the Eastport Sentinel three weeks successively - the last publication to be thirty days before the first Wednesday of the next Legislature - to the end persons interested may then show cause, if any they have why the prayer thereof should not be granted - also that the Selectmen of Green have leave to bring in a Bill and that Thomas R. White and others have leave to bring in a Resolve on their petition - Which reports were severally read and accepted - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Message from Govr] The Secretary of the State came in and laid on the table a message from the Governor containing a communication from the Treasurer respecting foreign Bank Bills offered by Collection of Taxes in payments at the treasury - which was read and committed to Messrs Ripley and Tuttle with such as the House may join - Sent down for concurrence - Came up concurred and Messrs Moody, Clap and Crowell were joined by the House -
