"Mr. President the House of Representatives concur with the Senate in their proposition for a convention of the two Houses tomorrow at 12 oclock for the purpose of coming to the choice of seven Counsellors to advise the Governor in the executive part of his duty." -

On motion of Mr. Bond, Ordered that Messrs Bend of Usher be a committee, with such as the House may join, to wait upon the Governor and inform him that the Legislature of the State are duly convened for the transaction of public business, and are ready to receive any communication he may please to make them. read, passed & sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred, and Messrs Elden, Perley & Moore were joined; -
