the committee on Turnpike, Bridges and Canals to whom was referred the petition of James Paul and others praying that permission may be granted them to enact a Bridge over Spinneys' Creek - reported that an order of notice to be served on selectmen of the towns of Kittery and Elliot on or before the 9th instant and published in the Portsmouth Journal and Newhampshire Gazette ten days at least before the fifth Wednesday of the present session of the Legislature - Read., accepted and sent down for concurrence.
