"Jany 19 1825 Pursuant to the within order I have arrested William W Fuller Esquire & Charles Warren herein named & have them before the House of Representatives as herein directed. Thomas Baker Messenger", The Clerk read to said Fuller the aforesaid order & turn thereon, and enquired of them severally if they had any thing to communicate to the House in relation to the subject of their arrest - to which they severally replied that they held in their hands letters of apology to the House, and requested permission to lay the same on the Speakers table which was granted - The
