Bill - to incorporate Union Bank - in addition to the Acts incorporating China Academy - Resolves authorizing the Land Agents to sell the Land on Matinicus Island - - authorizing Nancy Swett to convey certain lands - were severally passed to be Enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill in addition to the several acts now in force to organize, govern & discipline the Militia of this State, was taken up and discussed at considerable length, but before taking any question on the Bill the House
