The Secretary of the State came in & laid upon the table a written message from the Governor, which was read and referred to the Joint Committee on do much of the Governor's message as relates to the claims assigned to this State by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, sent down for concurrence; came up concurred with an order that 300 copies of documents marked A & B be printed for use of the Legislature in which the Senate concurred.
