[Fish inspection laws] The petition of David Stinson & others of Bath praying for alteration in the Act to provide for the packing and inspection of pickled and smoked fish - committed in the House to the Joint Committee before appointed on this subject, consisting of Messrs Balch, Ricker and Dyer on the part of the House was read and concurred - and Messrs O’Brien and Wheeler were joined on the part of the Senate.
