[Resolves] Resolve on the petition of Thomas Clark read as taken into a new draft and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in aid of Bowdoin and Waterville Colleges read a second time and refused a passage to be engrossed.

Mr. McDonald from the Committee on applications from sick and wounded soldiers reported a Resolve granting a pension to John Carlton 2nd which was read and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading and committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading.

[Petition committed or filed] The petition of the Committee of the town of Hollis praying for a removal of the Judicial Courts from York to Alfred in the county of York - ordered in the House to be filed with the other petitions on the same subject - was read and ordered to be filed accordingly.
