Petition of John Rockwood & Moses Page of Belgrade praying that certain doings of said town be made valid - and they were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House

[Petition committed] The petition of Moses Hodsdon that sufficient sluice ways in Kenduskeag stream be kept open &c. committed in the House to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, came up for concurrence - read and concurred

[Report of Committee on State printing] Report in part - of the Committee appointed to contract for State printing came up from the House for acceptance in concurrence - Read - and ordered that the Committee be discharged from any further service - sent down for concurrence - came up non-concurred.

[State printer] Ordered that the Senate will proceed to choose by ballot a printer to the State - that tomorrow at 11 o’clock be assigned for the choice - and that a nomination list be suspended in the mean time.

On motion by Mr O’Brien ordered that the report of Committee on Petition of Inhabitants of Eastport be recommitted.

[Bill] Bill to prevent Trespass on public lands in the several towns in the State, passed to be engrossed in the House - came up - and was read - & tomorrow at 10 o’clock assigned for a second reading.

[Resolve] Resolve explanatory of a Resolve passed March 22, 1821 entitled a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several counties, towns and plantations and classes on the first apportionment - passed to be engrossed in the House - came up for concurrence - Read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House

The Senate adjourned.
