[Report on petitions] Mr. Bond from the Committee on New Trials, to whom was referred sundry petitions, made reports thereon, to wit - that leave to withdraw their petitions be granted to the following petitioners - Committee of the town of Otisfield, Levi Wyman, - Aaron Porter, John Jellison & others. - That John Perham give notice of his petition to all persons interested by causing an attested copy with the order thereon to be published in the Hallowell Gazette and American Advocate newspapers printed in Hallowell - three weeks successfully[successively] - the last publication to be thirty days before the first session of the next legislature - also that the Selectmen of Denmark cause an attested copy of their petition and the order thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus a newspaper printed in Portland three weeks successively - the last publication to be thirty days before the first wednesday of the next legislature - that all persons interested may have notice thereof - also - that Elliot G. Vaughan have leave to bring in a Bill - " William T. Vaughan have leave to bring in a Resolve, and that John Soule have leave to bring in a Resolve - Which reports were severally read and accepted.
