[Bill enacted] An Act to provide for the case of a vacancy in the office of Secretary of State - reported by the Committee on engrossed Bill to be truly engrossed - was passed to be enacted. -
[Order respecting printing certain documents] On motion - Ordered that the Committee on accounts be directed to consider the expediency of causing to be printed among the Resolves passed at the present session of the Legislature - the Miscellaneous Accounts which were allowed by the last legislature at their last session, and have not been printed - and to report by bill or otherwise - Sent down for concurrence - Came up concurred -
[report -] Mr. McDonald from the Committee on the Governors Message of the 25th of January last - relating to the discipline of the Militia reported a Resolve which was read and committed to Messrs. Dennett and Tuttle. [See page 170]
