Message as relates to internal improvement – and the House concurred.
Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire what alterations, if any are necessary in the act establishing Courts of Sessions in the several Counties passed February 25 1825 and also to enquire as to the expediency of repealing the act passed Feby 8th. 1823 authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to lay out & alter public Highways in certain cases – read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
