On motion by Mr. Stebbins the petition of James Holmes and others with the accompanying papers, was taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Parishes, &c Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.
On motion by Mr. Wilson the petition of Joseph Philbrick and others was taken from the files and referred the Committee on Incorporation of Towns sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.
