Mr. Southwick, from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the 'Bill authorizing a Lottery for improving the Navigation of Kennebec River," to be truly copied, and on motion by Mr. Southwick, the Senate reconsidered their vote passing this Bill to be engrossed.
