Mr. Stebbins from the Committee on the Judiciary reported leave to withdraw, on the petition of the Bank of Portland, Read and accepted, Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
Mr Churchill from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz.
