Report on petition of Asa Cole et al, granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.
The Committee on the subject of a law to prevent persons from riding or driving horses over Kennebec Bridge faster than upon a walk &c reported that it is inexpedient to Legislate upon the subject – and the report was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
Resolve providing for the settlement of the line between Scarborough and Buxton, was read once and refused a passage. Sent up for concurrence.
