Bill to incorporate the Kennebec Manufacturing Company was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate – immediately on motion the last vote was reconsidered, and the Bill was referred for the purpose of amendment to Messrs Eveleth of Windham, Smith of Hollis & Reed of Lewiston.

The committee on the petition of the President & Fellows of Harvard College reported a Resolve – and the report was accepted

Petition of John Sargent for indemnity from the State for expences [expenses] incurred in erecting a Bridge at Sullivan, came from the Senate referred to Messrs Pond & Butman with such as the House may join – and the House concurred & Messrs Wass of Addison, Winslow of Albion & French of Prospect were joined.
