Mr Johnson had leave at this time to call up his motion made on the 16th inst. for a reconsideration of the vote whereby on that day the House refused to pass to be engrossed the Bill – establishing the County of Waldo – and the House reconsidered said vote, and after a long discussion of the subject the House passed the Bill to be engrossed. 60 pro 38 con.
