The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill – additional act for the regulation of the Penobscot & Passamaquoddy tribes of Indians. which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve – in favor of Samuel Foss - which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve additional to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations & Classes on the first apportionment, was called and amended by striking out from R to S. and then the same was referred to Messrs Clark of Hallowell, Fessenden of Portland & Warren of Palmyra.
